Abstract:

Higher worldwide research activities in the fields of Nuclear fusion Energy indicate the importance of developing such technology in Iran as well. On the other hand, the ambiguity regarding the justification and priority of investing in each of the methods of Nuclear fusion is a universal challenge that is altimatlly common among Nuclear fusion experts Iran too. The present research is aiming at presenting a coherent investigation that can be based on analytical and comparative analysis to achieve a rational prioritization among different methods of Nuclear fusion. In this article, different Nuclear fusion options are prioritized, using the experts’, opinions through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),free from any personal judgments and influences. Furthermore, through Delphi method, 19 quality criteria related to different methods of Nuclear fusion were classified based on mathematical logic, and based on the degree of importance and screenings, 13 criteria were finally selected. Then, using hierarchical analysis method and also through Expert Choice software, pairwise comparisons between criteria were performed to determine their coefficient of importance. In addition, pairwise comparisons were made between each of the criteria for each of the fusion methods. Finally, the strategic practical prioritization of three different Nuclear fusion methods was quantitatively achieved as 0. 415, 0. 379, and 0. 207, respectivly, for Iran.

Abstract:

In recent years, there has been a very increasing trend in Energy consumption worldwide, especially in the electricity sector, which, due to global sensitivities to protecting the environment and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, leads to the use of other non-fossil sources of electricity generation, such as renewable Energy (wind, hydropower and solar) as well as Nuclear Energy. Nuclear power has been re-evaluated as a viable alternative to fossil fuels due to growing Energy costs, climate change, and concerns about supply security. The present implementation of economies of scale has led to the development of a Light Water Reactor (LWR) design that lacks the ability to assess the strategic advantage and economic potential of contemporary Nuclear systems. Real options analysis and portfolio theory are used to diversify and modify Nuclear investments. According to this study, a single investor may make better selections for efficient and mindful Nuclear Energy development. The Nuclear power industry received special attention. Multiple commercial and technology problems face huge, irrevocable investments. The fuel cycle's front and rear ends provide versatility. By leveraging the fuel cycle, many Nuclear Energy alternatives have the potential to provide economic benefits, hence expediting the shift towards more environmentally friendly Energy usage. A wide range of operational and strategic considerations need the expanding use of mathematical models to help decision-making.

Abstract:

Within the semi-classical approximation of Thomas-Fermi, which is based on a statistical approach, the phase-space occupation equation number of Nuclear matter is obtained by employing the Landau Fermi-Liquid theory. At the first, using the NN-interactions of Myers and Swiatecki, known as TF(96) and TF(90), the equation of state of Nuclear matter (EOS) is derived. Then, a special attention is devoted to studying the behavior of symmetry Energy and symmetry free Energy quantities which have a substantial effect on the equation of state. Hence, the stiffer behavior of the EOS in the TF(90) interaction compared to the TF(96) interaction, refers to the important effects of these quantities. The extensibility feature of the present model is shown by determining the saturation density and the saturation incompressibility coefficient. In addition to the comparison of symmetry Energy, symmetry free Energy and incompressibility coefficient with the results of other models, the temperature effects on these quantities are also studied.

Abstract:

Hydrogen is significant and may be viewed as an alternative for main fossil fuels, coal, crude oil, and natural gas, as well as its derivatives when utilized as fuel. It has the potential to be a clean, efficient, and inexpensive Energy source. Being an environmentally friendly Energy source, hydrogen is a good alternative to the current fossil fuels. Researchers' interest in the topic of green Energy has been sparked by current developments in the hydrogen economy. Hydrogen is stored through a variety of techniques. Our review first focuses on different categories of renewable and non-renewable Energy sources, after which we go into great detail regarding the hydrogen economy. One strong contender for a sustainable Energy source is hydrogen. The benefits of hydrogen and its uses in various industries are discussed. Before moving on to hydrogen storage techniques, we first explore various hydrogen synthesis techniques. The ideal method for storing hydrogen is electrochemical since it produces hydrogen on-site and stores it at normal pressure and temperature conditions. As a result, Energy resources should be combined with Energy storage devices in order to offer continuous power. This paper examines the various storage systems and concentrations on Energy storage systems based on hydrogen.

Abstract:

Over the years the Nuclear program of Iran and evolution of events related to it has been the focus of international attention which in turn, transformed it into the most important challenge in the foreign policy activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as providing the grounds for an effective role for The European Union and other powers such as the United States and the Russian Federation. The crisis caused as a result of these international policies has been in did a challenge to the East-West relations in the entire decade of 2000. The role that Russia plaid in this crisis has been of particular interest to the onlookers. To some of these onlookers, Russia had from the start adopted a role in this crisis which has basically concentrated on enhancing its own perceived self interest, while coordinating efforts with the West pretended that it supported Iran’s position. This enabled Russia to maximize its interests in relations with the IRI. But when it came to it, Russia’s support for Iran evaporated and replaced sometimes even by cautioning Iran in the way that satisfied Western friends. All along Russia displayed a position of advocacy for Iran and her rights to Nuclear Energy as well as opposing military action against her. This situation resulted in adaption of a vague and unclear position vis-a-vis Washington’s decisive and clearly policies of confrontation against Iran’s Nuclear Energy program. The result of this vague and unclear standpoint in Russia’s position has been prolongation of the crisis itself. This research will is designed to answer the question that whether Russia’s adaption of vague policy stance and use of delay tactic has been a factor that prolonged the Iranian Nuclear Energy crisis? The results from this research prove this. The method used for this research is use of library and document centres, benefiting from opinion polls and statistics as well as expertise broadcast in the media and information network. The research hypothesis: this research has followed the hypothesis that based on the information processed herein Russia’s delay tactic and prolongation of Iranian Nuclear Energy crisis is in keeping with that power’s overall geopolitical competition both with the West globally and with Iran at a regional level.

Abstract:

Although nowadays, Nuclear Energy has significant role in Energy secure at international level, the risk of Nuclear accidents due to inefficient Nuclear safety and its negative environmental impact is one of the major challenges facing the development of Nuclear Energy. The main issue is this weather international Nuclear law is compatible with international environment law in the context of safety regime? and what mechanisms observe on respect of fundamental environment norms in Nuclear activities? Assessing Provisions of international documents on Nuclear Energy implies attention of Nuclear safety regime to the principles of international environmental law. However, in spite of promotion of Nuclear safety regime, occurrence of Nuclear accident in Fukushima power plant in 2011 in Japan showed that by now international environmental law and international Nuclear Energy law are not factually compatible in approaching to sustainable development. Actualizing of environmental principals included in international Nuclear law and technology transferring from developed countries to developing counties based on article 4 of NPT could be positive step in declining of negative environmental effects of probable Nuclear accidents.
